Red Flag Laws / Extreme Risk Protection Orders

Yes, Washington state has a vibrant Red Flag Law system.  Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPO) is the correct term under Washington law.  ERPOs are civil orders, which remove an otherwise inalienable, right.  And while some may be able to articulate a need to disarm certain individuals, the procedural mechanisms used by Washington court fails to even come close to providing procedural due process.  All of Washington's Extreme Rist Protection Order statutes are here
